2. How to make organic fertilizer from cow dung?
In fact, cow dung contains a large number of nutrients needed for crop growth, which can be well used to protect our living environment and can also be a good entrepreneurial project. A cow produces about 30-40kg of feces every day. A cattle farm with 500 cows can establish a small organic fertilizer production line. What are the production processes of cow manure organic fertilizer? Let’s briefly introduce them.

1. Fermentation system

   Collect cow dung and urine, mix it with hay and rotten silage to make compost, and let it ferment. In the fermentation process, the cow dung can be fully fermented by using the dump machine, which can only be achieved by timely and uniform dumping.
   In winter and spring, the materials are turned over once every 10 days at noon, and once every 5 days in summer and autumn, so that the fermentation temperature of materials is controlled between 55-75TC. The fermentation temperature can be measured and controlled by a bar-type digital thermometer. After three times turning, the fermentation can be successful.

2. Ingredient crushing and mixing system

   The material after composting, N, P, K, and other inorganic fertilizers and other raw materials such as additives are proportioned, crushed, and mixed by a hammer mill and a mixer machine in a certain proportion in the batching bin.

3. Drying section

   The drum drying machine is to lower the moisture content to about 15% for the convenience of pelletizing.

4. Granulation system

   A new cow manure fertilizer pellet machine is used to granulate the materials. The function of this system is to make particles from the materials after the complete mixing of crushing ingredients. Its advantages are the wide adaptability of raw materials, especially organic materials, and broad requirements for raw material density and raw material moisture. The diameter of the press roller is large, and the formwork can be used on both sides. The materials are uniformly distributed in the pelletizing chamber. The granulation is stable, the particle forming rate is high, and the finished particles are uniform in appearance and not easy to break. No water is added to the whole granulating and molding process, saving the cost of subsequent particle drying. The requirements for raw material crushing fineness are not high. Granulating raw materials (after composting) generally do not need to be finely crushed. Small stones can be directly crushed, which is not easy to block the hole of the pressure plate.

5. Cooling and screening system

   The use of a cooler to cool the particulate materials helps the hot particulate materials output from the particle storage and quality assurance dryer enter the counter-current cooler from above, and the dry air enters from the lower part of the cooler under the action of the cooling fan to fully exchange cold and heat with the hot and humid particles from the upper part. After cooling, the difference between particle temperature and ambient temperature is less than 5℃.
   The granular materials output from the granulation and molding system have specific differences in particle size and need to be screened and graded. It is recommended to equip a vibrating screener. The unqualified large and small granular materials will be transported out through the belt elevator and then sent to the cow manure fertilizer pellet machine for further granulation after being crushed again, which will help to improve the continuous operation capacity of the production line.
